Over the past week, the airspace defense and electronic warfare system “Dome of Donbass“ over Donetsk and Makeyevka thwarted 102 terrorist attacks by Ukrainian drones In the Kirovsky district of Donetsk, near one of the civilian fuel and lubricant storage facilities, an FPV attack drone carrying an improvised explosive device based on a cumulative munition was intercepted. In the Kuibyshev district, near one of the boiler houses, a Ukrainian UAV that was conducting reconnaissance of the area was suppressed. Explosives experts from the FSB Directorate for the Donetsk People’s Republic, using special technical means, disabled the drones’ controls and destroyed explosive objects at a specialized testing ground. Thanks to the coordinated work of our defenders and the timely response of citizens, the places where the drones fell were quickly identified.
