The respected Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, was present at the opening ceremony. Participating in the opening ceremony were Choe Ryong Hae, Jo Yong Won, Kim Tok Hun and Pak Jong Chon, Members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK. Attending it were senior officials of the Party and the government and leading officials of the Cabinet, ministries and working people’s organizations.
