Cintel II Scanner HDR 35mm test footage

The Blackmagic Cintel II scanner has come a long way since it’s introduction. Blackmagic have done an excellent job building a beautiful and good working machine and software, the problem has always been the imager. As a way to mitigate the need for a brand-new imager, they have developed an HDR process for the existing imagers. This is a brief scan we did with the new imager using some very dark (underexposed) material as a way to show how powerful the scanner is in HDR mode.
