Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart - Major PC Performance Boost & Stutter Fix

Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart has some weird frame pacing/stuttering issues on PC. These issues can appear when using DLSS 3 or Ray Tracing. All you have to do in order to fix them is to change the in-game resolution until you start getting a flat frametime line in MSI Afterburner. In this video, we demonstrate this workaround.
