Twenty four hours after the plane crash thought to have killed Wagner mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin, Vladimir Putin has commented publicly on it. He also sent his condolences to the families of the ten people who died in the crash - which came exactly two months after Prigozhin’s brief mutiny.
