Application to biodosimetry has provided for more than 40 years tools for radiation dose assessment. Cytogenetic methods are useful in the case of biodosimetry (ionizing radiation), but can also be applied in different scientific fields in order to detect and quantify various genotoxic effects. We have created a first set of 5 MOOCs to transmit the knowledge of the laboratory. They are listed below: 1/5 : The Dicentric Chromosome Assay 2/5 : Cytokinesis Block Micronucleus Assay 3/5 : The Premature Chromosome Condensation Assay 4/5 : The Telomere and Centromere FISH staining 5/5 : The multi FISH staining Enjoy the videos and
