Vintage WW1 era Binoculars Restoration (Field Glasses)

This vintage binoculars probably served In the World War 1, they were in pretty good condition considering they have near 100 years. I will give them a new life for times of peace, meaning I will restore not to original finish wich was black (so not to shine in the combat field). On the other hand I will polish the brass so to shine and the leather color will be a perfect match. I had a hard time removing the original coated paint wich demonstrated to be very durable, I have to use electrolysis to remove it without using abrasive methods that would have scuffed the delicate brass.
