Lamb Steaks on a Saj.

In this video, I cook lamb steaks on a saj. Instead of the usual oil, I decided to melt the lamb fat and roast the meat on it. I cooked potatoes with mushrooms as a side dish. Well, for dessert - fruit salad in pineapple. Mmmmm... yummy!
