World Yo-Yo Contest 1999 - 1A 2nd Hironori Mii.

Back when 5A and 4A were considered 1A. Its sad though cause as you probably noticed, his song got cut off. There was a problem with the CD player and it stopped midway through, they asked Hironori if he wanted to freestyle again to get the whole freestyle with the music working but he said it was ok. Oh well, Awesome anyway. The CD player that year kept skipping and stalling, and I recall a speaker not working well also, turning off and on. Sad.
