Full ver. 4K Nagaoka Fireworks Festival

The Nagaoka Fireworks are held over two nights from August 2 to 3rd along the banks of the Shinano River. Though the Nagaoka fireworks Festival started since 1879, it became the fireworks display for a memorial service, revival after difficulty such as Nagaoka air raid and the Chuetsu earthquake. Especially ,Fireworks named Phoenix is a symbol of recovery after the 2004 Niigata Earthquake.
