Learn Hip Hop Dance: Crazy Legs

How to Dougie: The crazy legs move originally comes from the funk styles of popping and electric boogaloo. Instructions1. With your right foot on its ball, pivot your right heel outward. While pivoting it back to normal, pivot your left heel outward, pivoting on the ball. Pivot it back to normal. 2. Pivot your right heel outward, pivoting on the ball. Pivot the heel around so that it faces inward. As you do so, pivot your left foot to that same direction. Let both feet rest flat on the floor. At the end of this part, your right leg should be crossed over your left, and you should be facing to the right. 3. Turn left until you’re facing left. Bring your feet parallel to each other. Slide your right foot backward. As you do this, go up on the ball of your left foot (keeping your right foot on the floor), bending your left knee. 4. Quickly turn your knees to the right until you’re facing right. While turning back to straight, step your right foot back in, bringing your feet back together, resetting the whole move. Practice Like with most dance moves, at the beginning, this will look a bit robotic. Practice makes perfect, so keep practicing this move until it becomes fluid yet still precise.
