Варка чая по Лу Юю

Отличная реконструкция варки чая времен династии Тан (как это описал Лу Юй). Собрана практически вся утварь, наглядно демонстрируются все операции по приготовлению чая. In this wonderful tea gathering you can watch how tea was served in the late Tang dynasty, (618-907) as described in the famous book of Cha Jing of Lu Yu. In the performance you can see all the important tea utensils of the epoch. The tea was carefully stored and periodically dry roasted in a basket woven. Water was drew from springs and rivers and after carefully strained to avoid killing any living creatures, it was boiled on a charcoal brazier (ch: “fenglu“) in a water boiling pot. Many types of tea were stored in form of pressed tea bricks and after grinding it in a tea-grinding mortar and sifted in a silver sifter, tea was added to water by a heavy silver tea spoon.
