The Prayers of St. Isaac the Syrian

St. Isaac says that one who prays these prayers “will receive sanctification by them, and will be filled with the grace of the Spirit.“ While this might be too bold for us to say about any prayers we might write, our father Isaac is one the most notable ascetics and teachers on union with Christ. These prayers are beautiful, striking, and worth praying again and again.
