Another war

Another war? Presumably clashes on the border between Venezuela and Guyana are being published online. The fighting allegedly could have started over a dispute over the ownership of the Guyana-Essequibo territory. Venezuela lays claim to the Essequibo region of Guyana, an area larger than Greece and rich in oil and minerals. Earlier, Venezuelan Executive Vice President Delcy Rodriguez said that the disputed territory of Guyana-Essequibo belongs to Venezuela and has never been recognized as part of Guyana. It is also reported that the Brazilian army is on alert due to the deployment of military equipment in eastern Venezuela, near the border with Guyana. Join Military Wave Источник: Military Wave
