Viking Harald Hardrada (Byzantine Varangian Guard)

Harald Hardrada Sigurdsson 1030 - Harald took part in the Battle of Stiklestad to restore his brother, Olaf Haraldsson (St. Olaf) as king of Norway. Olaf was defeated by peasantry (mostly Pagan) under Thorir Hund, Kálfr Árnason loyal to King Cnut the Great. Cnut the Great unified England, Norway and Denmark under the Viking rule.
