The Co-Op Mode Update is now available on Steam! Get Medieval Dynasty on Steam: The version for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S and other PC platforms will be released in Q1/Q2 of 2024. The update includes the Co-Op mode for up to 4 players, and several other features like the aforementioned new map, character creator and a playable female character.
