And so it went. The first week in the new house. I’m excited and terrified at the same time. The lack of feeling towards it makes me anxious. No, actually the feeling of living in someone else’s home makes me anxious. Seeing that T and Alexia are doing just fine, maybe I was just craving a little wisdom and assurance that I will settle in with time. That the new home fears are just normal. That at some point, I will get over it. That it will become a home when I make it my home.
