What Is Wrong With Americas Deadliest Fighter Jet

The F-35 program has fallen behind schedule in establishing depot maintenance activities for component—or part—repair as well as for modifications to air vehicles. Several challenges have led to these delays. Furthermore, F-35 depot maintenance faces growing risk due to the growing U.S. fleet and increasing demand for depot support. Several of these issues are tied to the maintenance of the aircraft where, among other things, the program faces a limited depot repair capability, a growing number of components awaiting repair, rising rates of non-mission capable due to supply, a lack of access to technical data to make repairs, inadequate amounts of support equipment, and rates of non-mission capable due to maintenance that remain well above the program’s goal. Furthermore, even though DOD knows it wants to transition more of sustainment from the contractor to the government, it has yet to determine a path forward. 📫 Contact Gene Dayhaw gene@ for paid promotion. 🐦► 🕺► ⏰►@subbrief 😃► 🏴‍☠️► 💵► 🔗► 💌 Contact Aaron ► Aaron@ 🦃 Jive Turkey @jiveturkey1 Aaron’s PC Spec ------------------------ CPU: Intel i9-10850K @ RAM: 64GB GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Accelsior 4M2 PCIe M.2 NVMe SSD sub brief, sme, subject matter expert, naval, policy, technology, tactical use of the ocean, sonar, submarine tactics, weapons employment, aip, air independent power, 21st century, aaron, amick, aaron amick, sonar, sonarman, sme, SME, subject matter expert, naval, games, wargames, testing, tactics, news, history, tactical use of the ocean, hide, find, search, jive turkey, jive, subbrief,
