Dangerous Situation At Huge Uluwatu - August 30th, 2022

The biggest swell of the year hit Bali yesterday, and we captured a pretty scary moment on one of the largest sets of the afternoon. After an attempted rescue the ski driver was inches from disaster, but just managed to outrun the white-water, albeit minus the passenger. Luckily the surfer didn’t appear to be in serious trouble and was finally rescued after the end of the set. The waves were firing all day, with many chargers taking on The Bombie, and Outside Corner late in the afternoon. We also headed to Padang Padang very late in the afternoon, and it was definitely the bigggest and most consistent we’ve seen all year.
