The most famous warrior tribe of the North American natives that went down in history for their great capacity in combat, coming to be called “The tigers of the human species“ by American generals continue fighting to this day to preserve their language, beliefs and customs within a society that for the most part, is alien to them. Capable of standing up to an entire army with only a few dozen men, the Apaches were feared for their cruelty, annihilation, and their assaults on men, women and children, sometimes even taking their scalps as trophies, only to be surpassed by the arms advances of their enemies and forced to live on reservations, never again being able to be free as the wind.
