How to Brew Puer Dragon Balls (Easy & Efficient Method)

Brewing dragon ball puer doesn’t have to be difficult. If you’ve tried, but found that you can’t get much out of them after even 4-5 infusions, then we have a few tips that might help. For the most part, you can gongfu brew the dragon ball just as you would any tea. That means a 1 gram to 15-20ml water ratio is recommended, along with very hot water (95c to boiling). During the first brew (rinse), allow the dragon ball to steep a little longer, for about 30 seconds. You can also go by feeling, extending that if you know that the dragon ball is rolled a little tighter. If it’s one of our balls though, it’ll be on the looser side and start unfolding well within 2 brews. The first real brew can be about 15 seconds. Again, you can play with this a bit if you think it might be a bit weak. This should be a good amount of time though. After this, just go back to regular gongfu brewing times. 10 seconds, 5 seconds per brew. Your dragon ball should be fairly open and the tea should be flavourful.
