Russian Defence Minister presents Gold Star medals to distinguished members of special military operation At the National Centre for State Defence Control of the Russian Federation, Russian Defence Minister Andrei Belousov presented the highest state awards of the country - Gold Star medals and personal firearms to Russian servicemen who showed courage and heroism while performing the tasks during the special military operation.
