Sea Of Gallilee [aka Sea Of Galilee] (1967)

Sea of Galilee, Israel. Several shots show boats on the Sea of Galilee; two men are in a small boat, more people, including an Orthodox Jew, are seen on a pleasure boat. On the Mount of Beatitudes we see a couple looking at the view across the lake and countryside. From the pleasure boat we see more scenic views and a lakeside restaurant with the mountains of Syria in the background. L/S of the ruins of Capernaum. A fisherman stands in the water and folds his net carefully, then throws it into the water and gathers it in. A waiter brings a plate of uncooked fish to a couple in a restaurant, so they can select their dinner. At Tiberias we see a modern hotel and hot water springs bubbling past old Roman pillars. From the pleasure boat we see a group of old men sitting at a lakeside cafe and waving. A man is seen water-skiing over the lake. Cuts exist - see separate record.
