Synthesizer V Studio Pro 1.5 Update (Cross Lingual Synthesis Test with Koharu Rikka)

Synthesizer V has released their 1.5 update, and it adds a truly exciting new feature--Cross Lingual Synthesis! This allows you to use your AI voicebank and have them sing in other languages natively--meaning, you don’t have to manually play with phonemes to make them do this. This works only with the Studio Pro version and with the AI voicebanks. If you’re going to get into vocal synthesis, Synthesizer V is really the only way to go as far as I’m concerned. Here, I’m using Koharu Rikka AI. This is a Japanese voicebank. When I did my cover of the Who’s The Kids are Alright, I used Rikka and had to manually edit the phonemes. But with the new update, I can take Rikka AI, Maki AI, or Eleanor Forte AI and have them sing in English, Japanese, or Mandarin Chinese! This basically triples your voicebank library! Of course, they still won’t sound completely like true native singers, but you don’t necessarily want that all the time. And this also makes a great option for harmony parts.
