Ben Crawford is the current Phantom on Broadway, and has been in the role since April 16, 2018. Unless something changes, Ben Crawford seems set to be Broadway’s final Phantom when the show closes on February 18, as well as for the shows 35th anniversary on January 26, 2023. Unrelated, but to me Ben Crawford sounds a lot like Davis Gaines, wonder if anyone else noticed this! This video also showcases Ali Ewoldt as Christine. Ali made history when she joined the production back in 2016 as the first Asian-American actress to play the role on Broadway. I will also say, I think Ali was an absolutely phenomenal Christine. She brought a wonderful and detail
