Patrick Chung Landmine Sliding Reverse Lunges

Patrick Chung of the Philadelphia Eagles does some landmine sliding reverse lunges. This is a great exercise that gives you the benefits of offset contralateral loading with greater loading potential than using a single dumbbell or kettlebell. Using the landmine allows you to maintain a vertical tibia, which takes stress off the knee. The offset loading combined with the fact that you’re sliding back further increases the glute recruitment. Good stuff!
