Russia says Mariupol port ready to ship grain; Ukraine should remove mines from Black Sea

Mariupol included, two major Ukrainian ports on the Sea of Azov seized by Russian forces were ready to resume grain shipments according to Russian military, amid mounting West’s accusations of “weaponizing” food supplies. Russia and the West have traded blames for the disruption of grain supplies to int’l markets that has exacerbated the global food crisis. The Kremlin claimed that the Black Sea had been mined by Ukrainian military and it’s up to Kyiv to demine the sea to allow commercial vessels to take a load of grain at Ukraine’s main port of Odesa.
