Unarmed Intensive with Take 3 Action Academy

In March 2022 I did a two day Unarmed Intensive with Take 3 Action Academy.  These epic 2 days of training was very intense and hard work but I’m so proud of what I have accomplished and learnt throughout the 2 days. At Take 3 Action Academy they wanted each participant to feel like they are stepping on set and in turn walking away with EPIC footage which you see this this video.
