Sculpting a Ramen-Loving Monster Friend for My Little Devil
My Little Devil seemed a little lonely, so I decided to sculpt him a little buddy. I sketched up a monster that loves to eat, and I had a ton of fun sculpting him enjoying a huge bowl of ramen. I used aluminum foil for the armature and Super Sculpey for the body. I also used a Mini Verse resin toy kit that my daughter found at Target to add some fun details.
Materials:
Super Sculpey
Sculpting tools
Paint (optional)
Instructions:
Start by sketching out your design. This will help you to visualize your sculpture and make sure that all of the proportions are correct.
Once you have a sketch, begin to sculpt your devil monster out of Super Sculpey. You can use your fingers or sculpting tools to create the desired shapes and textures.
Once you are happy with your sculpture, bake it in the oven according to the instructions on the Super Sculpey packaging.
Once your sculpture is baked, you can paint it (optional).
