This release is a magnificent 8 track journey into the depths of the human mind and soul, triggered by pulsating basslines and beats and draped in cinematic soundscapes. ’Dead Star’ takes you into the deepest state of trance with subtle arpeggiated lines and gentle melodies, followed by a magical breakdown which is filled with intricate piano play and heavenly pads. ’3 AM’ is a darker affair with soprano voices following the haunted synth lines, solidly rested on enchanted rhythms and a driving bassline - creating a mystical feast for the ears. ’Witch Hour’ brings out the most intense choral passages; complemented by intense stabs and leads, leading into twisted synth lines and driven by piercing percussions that build into a frenzy of epic proportions. Tippstrip has delivered a fresh and timeless masterpiece - which breaks down the barriers between genres and will fit perfectly into any electronic music fan’s collection.
