Click here for more... If you are unsure what Les Miserables is it is a musical set in the early 19th Century, France. It has been produced on stage in many different countries since 1985 when it was first produced in English. In 2012 a film was created and won many awards including an ’academy award’ for best makeup and hair! If you are unsure what ’lovely ladies’ mean, there is basically a scene within Les Miserables showing you the ladies of the night and they sing about their life while trying to convince Fantine to join them.
