He steps into a launch / boat crewed by American naval personnel which sails away across the harbour. He is wearing a yachting cap. (Boat has name of Miami Air Station on stern so it could be that this is actually film from the visit to Florida, United States of America (USA). MS Duke gives interview. He says ’as Governor General of the Bahamas I flew to one of the Islands yesterday to greet the President on his visit to the colony. I was very glad to see him again after so many years, and found him looking well and rested up after his cruise. N.B. Presumably this is talking about President Roosevelt.
