CIRCUIT: 30 seconds per side Reverse Lunge and Curl to Balance Press 30 seconds Half Burpee 30 seconds per side Side Plank Row 30 seconds Chest Press to Fly Abs The Upper Body Ladder Complete 20 reps of each move in the circuit then 18 reps then 16 reps, 14 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps…down to 2 reps of each move. Rest only as needed and record how long it takes you. CIRCUIT: 20-2 Push Up to Side Raise Row to Kickback Pull Over Ab Pulse The 10x10 Workout Complete 10 rounds of 10 reps of each move in the circuit.
