How to turn a DISASTER into a DREAM | End of Lease Makeover

This customer really needed the real estate agents off her back about the garden. After living in this house for 15 years, it was time to move and the yard required some major work. The customer called me up to do a quote and when I went around, I noticed that the bushes were well high and overgrown. I did the quote, but the customer didn’t really want to spend a lot of money on the property, as it wasn’t hers! She just wanted it all cleared, so it would pass the end of lease inspection. I then offered her a deal she couldn’t refuse - I would adjust my price to suit the budget and do a full yard makeover. That way everybody is happy, the customer, the real estate and my viewers.
