Four Out, One In Motion Offense

In the Read and React 5-Out offense (50) we see the floor spaced at the point, wings, and corners. But in this offense, the 4-Out 1-in (41) offense, we have players spaced at the seams, corners, and 1 player in the post. The post will space himself weakside (opposite to the ball) unless he is called (or is calling) to receive an entry pass into the post. The same rules of Motion apply to 41 as they would to 50 with a couple of differences: 1. If the Seam looks to pass to the Corner then the corner MUST blast cut to the wing to receive the pass in motion (otherwise the pass will be picked off). 2. On dribble penetration, the Post Player presents/maneuvers himself as the dish option rather than a baseline cutter from the corner. The Corner instead remains as a pitch option.
