Team Fortress 2 - Mannrobics (Sega Mega Drive Remix)

DOWNLOADS: -DMF file: -VGM file: -------- A remix of the Mannrobics taunt theme from Team Fortress 2, in the style of a tune from a Sega Mega Drive game. I have made a remix of this tune, in this style, in the past, but I figured I’d give it another shot. Two reasons why: 1. Going back and listening to the older remix, I’ll admit it’s not super amazing. Sure, it SOUNDS like something from a Mega Drive game, but I find it’s a little flat and empty. 2. The older remix was created using a soundfont (specifically, The Ultimate Megadrive Soundfont by TheEighthBit). In recent months, thanks to listening to Dv2’s work (you should go listen to them, by the way! They make awesome remixes!), I’ve learned about a program called DefleMask--a chiptune tracker which is capable of producing tunes for older consoles and, more specifically, the YM2612 chip the Mega Drive uses.
