Thank you to the entire Ape Initiative team for making this project possible. Ape Initiative is the only research facility in the world dedicated to the study and conservation of bonobos. It is a federally-recognized non-profit 501(c)(3) and is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums as a Certified Related Facility. Filming within Ape Initiative was done with professional supervision at all times. Bonobos are very endangered in the wild, with only around 15,000 left – which is in large part due to the pet trade. In this video, you see Kanzi engaging in human activities as part of his daily enrichment, but Kanzi is by no means a pet at Ape Initiative. ⚠️ It is important to remember that bonobos and all other primates are NOT pets. Minecraft (and any other touchscreen game) is one of many enrichment activities that Kanzi can choose to participate in to have fun and make his day more interesting. The door is always open, so he can choose when to start and stop playing. 🙈 ▶ @diligord 00:00 Ape VS Ender Dragon 04:26 Sponsor 05:48 Ape VS Ender Dragon
