Flying Foxes at Yarra Bend Park, Melbourne 03

My hand isn’t perfectly steady and the noise of the zoom motor is a bit annoying, but I hope the videos still provide an impression of the huge colony of Grey-Headed Flying Foxes at Yarra Bend Park in Melbourne. In the first video most of them are still sleeping. In the second video they are starting to get restless, and in the third video you can see the magnificent spectacle of thousands of them rising up into the night sky.
