Patrons not allowed to leave ’anti-procrastination cafe’ in Tokyo until work is completed

Customers write down their goals and deadlines at entry, and cannot pay until their work is done. Staff will check on patrons’ progress every hour. The cafe’s owner said some people have had to stay past operating hours, but the strict rules seem to be working, with some writers reporting success.
