Old Wooden Shed – How-To – Model Railroad

In this build guide I show you how using simple cheap everyday materials you can build this small run down shed. Depending on how you want it took look, you can make it look old, dirty, brand new or really whatever you want! Its simple made from matchsticks, a bit of card and foil! Very easy and pretty quick to make. A shed like this might cost $10 from a shop, but for $10 you could make 20 of these sheds using the materials shown here! It can fit just about any prototype from any era on your model railroad, it is suited to HO scale but you could try making it for other scales, N scale might work ok. Hope you like it, you can use these techniques for many other structures you have in mind. I plan on making a small grain bin using the aluminum foil technique to simulate corrugated iron.
