Brixton, London. L/S of a line of cars driving in circles in what appears to be a garden or a park. Voiceover says that this is a unique driving school where both pupils and instructors are children. School is run by Mr Leslie Wilson. M/S of Mr Wilson talking to an elderly lady. C/U shot of a car reveals an underaged driver - boy could be around ten or eleven years of age. She is eleven years old Marylyn Wilson, Mr Wilson’s daughter, who is about to give lesson to a woman in her sixties. M/S of Mr Wilson opening a car door for the elderly woman to get in.
