At the time, Russian Prime Minister Primakov was in the air, half way to the United States - he turned the plane around upon hearing the news. 78 days of chaos over Belgrade, thousands of missiles and endless bombs - including cluster munitions and depleted uranium dropped. To this day, former Yugoslavia has the highest instances of cancer than anywhere else in Europe. Biden’s own son Beau, who worked in Kosovo & served in Iraq, later died of brain cancer.
