Jay Halstead is one true hero... He has been here since day 1, going through some difficulties but always being present for the job and the team. I think he’s one of the very favorites of the show because he’s both sensitive and strong, following his heart no matter what. Do you like Jay? Do you prefer him with Erin or Hailey?
