Индивидуальное занятий. Применение песен для отработки новой грамматики

Песни - один из сильных и эффективных методов освоения языка! Так дети могут запомнить грамматические основы, фразовые глаголы и произнесение трудных слов. А еще любую песню можно вывести в отличный спикинг, если правильно продумать план урока. Сегодня я делюсь с вами кусочком индивидуального занятия в моей ученицей 9 лет и планом урока 🔥 Teacher’s tips ⬇️ This activity is aimed at developing thinking skills and expending vocabulary. Idea 1 Start with watching a video and introducing or revising “be going to“ for nearest future plans. Watch the video twice - first time students watch and listen, second time - students sing. Use the song transcript with covered parts of the text. These are the parts containing names of places. Students read the transcript and make suggestions about the names of places based on plans. (e.g. I’m going to see the paintings. Where am I going? I’m going to the museum.) Play the song again and ask students read and sing along. It’s a good idea to remind students again that “be going to“ refers to future, not present. Ask them “Is she in a museum now? Can she see the paintings now?“ Idea 2 Show students a picture with public places and ask to complete the matching task. Students must put numbers of places in shapes below. Make students read the questions in a blue speech bubble and answers in a pink one. This will give them clear understanding of what they should do in this task. The main goal here is to encourage students to use full sentences and help them use the correct form. In case your students make mistakes, be patient and politely correct them, ask to repeat corrected sentences again. Idea 3 - make it fun! For group classes or individually with a teacher. Play a guessing game. Student A or a teacher tell about their plans (e.g. I’m going to buy some bananas), Student B guesses the place (e.g. you’re going to the street market) Idea 4 - expand your students’ thinking skills Show your students a slide with pictures and names of places. Make students read the questions in the blue speech bubble and answers in the pink one. Students need to name things and make sentences with can/ there is (e.g. A bench- I can see a bench in the park or there is a bench in the park. I can sit on a bench).
