Historic Italian villa || The Sims 4 Speed build

Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡ Welcome to another The Sims 4 speed build where we’re going to build a historical Italian villa. It’s highly inspired by the 17th-century Italian villa called Villa Rosa aka palazzo L that I’ve found on Pinterest. Originally this villa was huge but I made it smaller since I was inspired by the front of the Villa Rosa and I wanted it to be in the center of attention. As always for this historical Italian villa, I’ve been using some amazing Sims 4 custom content. The Sims 4 cc list and the tray file are going to be available on my Tumbler. It’s built in Tartosa (The Sims 4 My wedding stories) on a 40x30 lot and it’s made for a family of four and their battler. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
