In Murcia, in southeastern Spain, a yellow rain warning was issued, with 25 liters of rainfall expected. On Tuesday, more than 50 liters per square meter accumulated in northwestern areas within an hour. The areas of Calasparra and Altiplano were the most affected. On Monday afternoon, between 60 and 65 liters per square meter fell in the Murcian town of Calasparra within an hour. Farmers confirmed significant damage to trees, crops, and infrastructure.
