RKC DEEP SIX WORKOUT - 24kg - Bristol Kettlebell Club

This is round 3 of what is one of the most brutal kettlebell workouts I have ever done, its called the RKC deep six and it features the 6 kettlebell exercises that we focus on at the RKC. Swing - 5 Snatch - 5 Clean and press - 5 Front squat - 5 Get up - 1 Don’t put the bell down until you have completed both sides. Take 1-2 mins rest between rounds and shoot for 3-5 rounds Give it a try and leave a comment to say how you got on.
