“Houses made of steel - and built section by section on the foundation, are the latest Continental attempt at “mass housing“ M/S of a group of men lowering parts of a pre constructed house from the back of a truck. L/S of them carrying one of the sections on their shoulders. Various shots of the men lifting the sections into place. It is an early prefab. The house takes shape before our eyes. “They claim to complete the job in one day - windows and all!“ L/S of man smoothing the roof. L/S of two men on the verandah of the house.
