Neil Innes sings a protest song for a spoof of The Old Grey Whistle Test, on BBC’s Rutland Weekend Television, that originally followed a sketch by the Fabulous Bingo Brothers. Neil Innes was associated with, and Eric Idle part of, the earlier Monty Python’s Flying Circus before formulating the now cult Rutland Weekend Television, that featured the Beatles spoof ’The Rutles.’
