Microdermal removal procedure (with lidocaine and a scalpel). This is only one method and I know that different people will come across different ones - I am just sharing my experience. Also a note that this removal was performed by the original piercer, who is also a licensed doctor (hence he can use lidocaine). No scar was left after the procedure, all marks were gone within 3-4 weeks.
